SFNW AGM RESCHEDULED Date/Time: 28 May 2019 @ 19:00

Good Day Residents,

We previously stated that we will be having our AGM on Wednesday 29 May 2019 at Southfield Primary School at 19.00. However due to unforeseen circumstances we need to move our AGM to Tuesday 28 May 2019 at 19.00. Please take note that this will NOT be a voting/election AGM as we have had a special meeting with our patrollers on Wednesday 3 April to add an addendum to our current constitution in order for the current Exco to stand another year.

The Agenda for our AGM meeting is as follows:

• Welcome
• What we as the current Exco has done in the past year
• What our future plans are
• Operations Report <
